Privacy notice
D Music does not request precise GPS location until you explicitly enable it. Non-essential advertising storage is also off unless you choose it.
What D Music processes
D Music stores basic language, city, volume and privacy preferences in your browser. Anonymous heart voting uses a random browser identifier stored in the secure dmusic_voter cookie so one browser cannot repeatedly vote for the same event.
Location
If you enable GPS, your browser asks for permission. When granted, latitude/longitude may be sent to BigDataCloud solely to reverse-geocode a nearby place and choose a relevant D Music city/language. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time.
External services
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may process network/security data.
- OpenStreetMap tiles are requested only when you open the map.
- Ticketmaster event data and ticket links are served through D Music's server-side integration; clicking a Ticketmaster link takes you to Ticketmaster.
- Eventbrite data is requested server-side only for Eventbrite organisations connected to D Music and any explicitly configured Eventbrite venue IDs; clicking an Eventbrite ticket link takes you to Eventbrite. D Music does not expose the Eventbrite private token to the browser.
- Audio previews may use an external music preview provider when you press play.
- Browser speech recognition may be processed by your browser/platform provider only when you press the microphone.
- Google AdSense may process advertising data when ads are enabled. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's own certified consent requirements also apply.
Regional rights
D Music uses a conservative opt-in baseline worldwide. Depending on your country, rights may include access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising. The entry screen identifies a broad legal regime from Cloudflare country/region metadata without exposing your IP to the front end.
