Account acceptance
Creating a D Music community/social profile requires acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice. D Music records a versioned receipt of that acceptance in its first-party database. Cookie and advertising choices remain separate and can be changed independently.
Event information
Dates, times, prices, availability, venues and line-ups can change. Always confirm details with the linked official venue, promoter or ticket seller before travelling or purchasing.
Tickets and affiliate disclosure
Ticket purchases take place on third-party sites such as Ticketmaster and Eventbrite. Their terms, refund rules and privacy policies apply. D Music may receive a commission from eligible ticket purchases when an affiliate relationship is active; this does not increase the ticket price set by the seller.
Maps and previews
Maps are indicative and use OpenStreetMap data. Audio previews are provided for discovery and remain subject to the rights and terms of the relevant provider.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, manipulate heart counts, scrape the service abusively, or use the site for unlawful activity.

D Music Community
Community members may post opinions and messages about events using a D Music profile with a verified email address. Members are responsible for what they publish and must not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, private information belonging to other people, or content they do not have the right to share.
D Music may moderate, hide or remove content and may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service. Reports from verified members may place content into moderation. Messages and related interactions are automatically removed 300 days after the relevant event has concluded.
Do not rely on community comments as official information about tickets, event status, safety, accessibility or venue rules. Official provider and venue information remains authoritative for those matters.
Public social profiles and follows are optional community features. Do not impersonate another person, reserve a misleading handle, harass members through follows or invitations, or use invite links for spam. D Music may disable handles, follows or invites that are abusive, deceptive or automated.
Story cards and profile/event sharing tools are provided to help members share D Music activity. You are responsible for how and where you publish generated cards or links and for complying with the rules of the destination platform.
