An independent guide for finding live music.
D Music helps people answer a practical question: what music can I experience, where and when? It is built as a city-first discovery service rather than a ticket shop.
What the site does
D Music brings together current concert and music-event records and organizes them into useful routes through the catalogue: city pages, calendars, artist pages, venue pages, neighbourhood searches, free-event searches, genre searches and the personal Music Radar. The home application adds filtering, mapping, saved events and audio previews where a lawful public preview is available.
The service covers major music destinations in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. Coverage is intentionally uneven: D Music would rather show a smaller current inventory than pretend an empty or expired search is useful. Pages with insufficient current listings are designed to be kept out of search indexes until there is enough inventory.
Why D Music is different from a ticket provider
D Music does not complete ticket transactions. A listing can point to Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, a venue, promoter or another original event source. The purpose of D Music is the discovery layer around those records: normalising dates and locations, reducing duplicate listings, grouping events into meaningful city and time searches, connecting them to artists and venues, and helping a visitor compare possibilities before leaving for the official source.
Because the final transaction happens elsewhere, D Music does not claim that a ticket shown by a provider is still available, that a displayed price has not changed, or that a programme has not been rescheduled. Visitors should confirm final details with the provider before purchasing or travelling.
Publisher and contact
D Music is published by Joan Beltri, with web development under the Arquiweb name. Questions, corrections and rights enquiries can be sent to barrerabeltrij@gmail.com. Promoters can also use the event-submission tools and venues or artists can use the claim forms where available.
Advertising
D Music is preparing to use Google AdSense to support the cost of running the service. Advertising is intended to remain secondary to the music-discovery content. Privacy choices, regional consent requirements and Google publisher policies are treated separately from editorial ranking.
